YKK and YRKK Series of medium-sized high voltage 3-phase asynchronous motors in volume, high in efficiency, reliable in operation and easy to mount and maintain, The new series motors are also advanced in mechanical, electrical and insulation performance and high technology in manufacturing.
YKK, YRKK Series motors are used to drive compressor, ventilator, water pump, breaker, cutting machine, grinding mill and other general purpose machines.
The rated frequency of YKK, YRKK series motor is 50Hz, Class F insulation is adopted for the motor and the rotating direction requirements.
YKK, YRKK Series motors are allowed to be started directly at full voltage. When start the motor, the rheostat should be, connected to regulate the starting torque by adjusting resistor attached but the rotor windings should not be short-circuited.
YKK, YRKK Series motors are in accordance with GB755'' and YKK medium-sized high voltage 3-phase asynchronous motrs" and JIB/T10315.2, JB/T314.2 The specification for YRKK series medium-sized high voltage wound-rotor 3-phase asynchronous motors.
The frame of motor is welded by steel plate to formed a tank-type. The protection degree of the enclosure for the motor is IP44 and other type can IP54. The type of installation is IMB3, cooling methods are IC611.
The winding of motor will be provided with a good insulation and moistureproof performance after it is treated with vacum pressure impregnation or impregnated integrally.
The rotor winding of the YKK series motor is made of casta aluminium or copper bar. The rotor winding of YRKK series motor is made of copper bar wrapped, with insulation class F.
In general, the motor has one shaft extension, in which a flat key is dessigned to provide for the YKK series squirrel-cage motors and YRKK serie wound notors with the shaft height under H500(including H500), but a tangential key is provided forseries YRKK wound motors with the shaft.

The motor is designed to use rolling bearing with grease lubrication or sliding with diluted oil lubrication. The oil can be charged and discharged conveniently.
The terminal box of the motor is mounted on the right side of the frame (viewed from shaft extension), it can also be mounted on the left on user's requirements.
