Outdoor High Voltage Porcelain Type SF6 Gas Power Circuit Breaker for Substation.
Product Description
1.General
H.V.A.C.porcelain type SF6 gas circuit breakers, with voltage from 40.5-550kV and rated current up to 4000A, manufac-tured by our company, are provided with three kinds of operating mechanism, pneumatic, spring and hydraulic type. Motor is used in spring mechanism to charge closing spring and charge opening spring at closing. Disk spring is used in hydraulic mechanism to be charged in stead of traditional compressed nitrogen gas for charge, and hydraulic driv ing is used at both opening and closing. Compressed air is used in pneumatic mechanism as driven force for open while spring is used for close. The three kinds of operating mechanisms have their own features and are used in circuit breakers of different voltage class respectively.Due to the unit structure in circuit breaker, there are advantages of mini-mized number of breaks,lower number of parts, simple structure,high reliability and long period of inspection.

LW25-252/T4000-50 circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism was developed and fnished testing in Sep. 2006.
LW25D-126 (145)/T3150-40 (31.5) single-phase operated circuit breaker with spring operating mechanism was developed and fnished testing in Dec. 2006.
LW25A-252/Y4000-50 three-phase mechanically circuit breaker with hydraulic operating mechanism was develped and fnished testing in Jan. 2007.

LW25-126/T4000-40 special circuit breaker for reactive compensation fnished appraisal with swithing back-to-back capacitor bank current of 1600A, switching reactor in series current of 1600A, breaking single capacitor
bank current of 3500-4000A, whinch can meet the requirement of general switchgear and branch switchgear for reactive compensation in UHV.
220kV and above circuit breakers with "XD" brand awarded "China awarded Brand" in Sept . 2007.
